The Bottom Line	The 2012 Nissan Leaf offers a good blend of affordability and all-around performance for city dwellers and suburbanites looking to go zero-emission, but its cruising range limits its appeal for long hauls.	The pure-electric 2013 Fiat 500e has the looks, the range, and the power to be city-car practical, but competing models offer better dashboard tech.	Its short driving range and long recharge times limit the suitability of the 2012 Ford Focus Electric to some specific lifestyles, but it is a very high-tech car that should delight early adopter types.		The 2012 Mitsubishi i-Miev will fit specific driving situations well, such as a 20-mile suburban commute, but above the base trim level its price comes too close to that of the more capable Nissan Leaf.
