The Bottom Line Logitech's revised version of its already distinctive G15 gaming keyboard adds polish and trims some of the fat. Throw in the now-mature user community that churns out lots of homebrew apps for the built-in LCD screen, and we'd recommend this keyboard to any PC gamer as a unique, useful, and customizable input device. Razer brings all the polish to its Tarantula gaming keyboard that it has to mice over the years. The Tarantula is a little more expensive than other keyboards geared toward gamers, but its build quality, customization options, and responsiveness are definitely worth it. Pricey input devices often feel more like luxuries than necessities. Logitech's new Cordless Desktop MX3200 Laser set not only has public safety in mind, with its cleanliness-inducing surface treatment, it also looks great and is loaded with features. Not all of them are useful, but none are offensive. Recommended for high-traffic PCs. Thanks to its sharp design, it's easy to imagine this keyboard in the living room or in any high-visibility area. We only wish its touch-sensitive features were more responsive, which especially stings considering the price. If you're willing to accept a $200 keyboard with a few minor flaws, we recommend it. Razer's Lycosa gaming keyboard has a lot of promise, and it mostly delivers, thanks to its solid feel, smooth typing, and powerful macro capabilities. We wish Razer had paid more attention to the LED lighting, but for strong touch-typing gamers, we think you'll like the Lycosa once you put your hands on it.
