The Bottom Line	The HTC Touch HD dazzles with its large, high-resolution touch screen, but the smartphone's feature set and performance is average at best. You can get much more for your money.	A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone.	The $49.99 Nokia Lumia 710 is an excellent way to get the growing capabilities of a Windows Mango smartphone for a rock-bottom price. Though it isn't an Android superphone with a luscious AMOLED display, it's a practical device that covers all the mobile bases.	Though dual-core phones are on the way, the HTC Inspire 4G stands as one of AT&T's best, high-end Android devices and is an incredible value.	Samsung delivers a powerful, boundary-pushing device that gets a lot right. Yet its complicated features and high price raise questions about its purpose.
