The Bottom Line While it has yet to reach its full potential, the Nokia N900 is a powerful mobile device with excellent browsing capabilities and vast customization options. However, its unintuitive interface and other limitations make this a smartphone for tech enthusiasts and early adopters only. Its laundry list of features require time and effort to truly master, but the Galaxy S4 is the top choice for anyone looking for a big-screen, do-everything smartphone. A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone. The Nokia Lumia 900's unique design and high-end features make Windows Phone look fantastic, and the $99 price is extremely fair. Despite some flaws, this is my favorite Windows Phone yet. If you can get past its steep price, the massive-screened Motorola Droid Maxx is currently Verizon’s best Android smartphone.
