The Bottom Line	The Motorola W490 is a practical phone for making calls; just don't count on its camera to be of much use.	An example of excellent call quality at a dirt-cheap price, the Samsung t159 excels at the basics, but stumbles on style.	More than just a pretty face, the Razr V3 backs up its radical design with solid features and good performance.	The LG GS170 doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it works as a good and affordable entry-level phone for T-Mobile.	A few quibbles notwithstanding, the powerhouse HTC One is a beautifully crafted, near-ideal smartphone.
