I have returned the armband twice to Belkin. They were kind enough to send a replacement but I had to pay for the shipping and handling. Not only did I experience difficulties with the metal clasp but the glue holding the clear protective cover pulled away from the Neoprene both times. Once the glue separated, the hole quickly became so large, the iPhone could easily dislodge. Unfortunately this occurred while running turning my iPhone into an iBullet. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. Read more

I have a nice leather holster for my iPhone and needed something for jogging. Not a big selection at the local store, so I picked up the Belkin armband.

I used it once or twice, and then gently handwashed it in lukewarm water, when the plastic screen (silver edge) promptly began to separate from the breathable black material. Turns out it's just glued on.

I took it back to the store for an exchange, figuring maybe it was just defective. The second one fit completely different - the phone was looser inside the pocket, and the window wasn't quite the right size... just not a nice fit. The + - controls on the side aren't very accurate, only really good for reminding you of the general location of the controls. This one lasted a little longer, probably because I more or less just rinsed it the first time. I used a drop or two of dish soap the second time, and it promptly began to fall apart. I lost the receipt so am sending back to Belkin under their "lifetime warranty"... I doubt these will be around for long, they'll constantly be replacing them.

This is a complete piece of crap, especially when you see what else is available for $30. Don't waste your money. Read more
