Summary: Price/performance is mid range. But if you're like me and you only do mild oc'ing, this will do (+-5 degrees temp increase from stock after oc). Easy to install, bundled accessories make it compatible with both Intel and AMD's latest procies.
My case is 19cm wide and I can't close it because of the height. I love the fact I can aim the exhaust where I want by adjusting the mounting plate. The option to add another fan for a push pull configuration enhances future performance improvement. The 120mm 2000rpm fan is quiet and pretty with the blue led. You need to remove the motherboard to install the Hyper 212, so if you want to add the optional fan, it's best to do it before installing it because the bottom mounting location is inaccessible afterwards. The fan overhangs the first memory module row in the exhaust configuration I chose (aimed towards the back of the case), but I still managed to install the ram, just.

I knew I was only getting something "in between" in terms of price/performance when I bought the Hyper 212, but looking at it in my pc now, I feel I got more than my money's worth. Just ask my friends:-D
