Suited for homes or businesses where price is a concern.
Value:
In general, this PC's features are in line with its price. If you were to judge strictly by CPU speed, however, the average price of value-oriented desktops with a similar processor is considerably lower -- right around $540.
Suggestions:
(1) Check to make sure that an AGP or PCIe slot is available if you plan to upgrade to a stand-alone graphics card.(2) You may want to consider purchasing a CD burner, for data backup or file distribution.(3) If you intend to use this desktop in a workgroup environment, you may want to consider a PC with Windows XP Pro installed, to take advantage of advanced features such as Automated System Recovery (ASR) and Remote Desktop.

This machine has been a nightmare since it came out of the box. Shortly after it was up and running, I got a pop up message telling me that "The free dynamic buffer in the current system is insufficient; it is recommended to release the dynamic buffer by updating the base backup!". The message is on right now, therefore I was able to type it word for word. I went to the office store that sold it to me and they said it was because of "Vista Home Premium". I agree that the operating system is horrible but from my research, I think this is in the hardware, Drive C. After researching it appears that neither the retailers, Lenova or Windows Vista are taking responsibility for the problems. I would not have paid $1.00 for a Computer with this many issues. Also, once i power down the machine, it takes me 3 tries to get it back up and running. It goes through a bunch of issues that I know I have not caused.
