"Not easier to scratch - sorry"
Pros: Networking a huge plus
Cons: No Dual video outputs for 3D projection etc.

"ROCKS! only a liltle too expensive"
Pros: blu ray is amazing ,1080p output, wireless and home network
Cons: hell expensive
Summary: the blu-ray is a sony developed and backed by sony hence realy has to be amazin and it is. pioneer has really come wid a bang its got 1080p output which is AMAZING and it can also stream music and video.

Pros: More capacity, but so what?
Cons: Too expensive now, too expensive later...
Summary: How can Blu-Ray win? Really?
Blu-Ray discs will be easier to scratch than HD-DVD. Will not be as compatible with older DVD discs (they say it will, but it won't). And will start out, and most likely continue, with a 100% higher price point... read more >>
