Luckily for her, because the new model came out and after a few glasses of wine and a tax return she was on board. I have an XBOX 360, and I can't tell you how great these games look on the TV. Madden (in 1080p) is incredible, especially since I played it for almost a full year on a standard def. GTA IV (in 720p) is simply awesome. I bought this TV about a month after GTA IV, and the difference is night and day. I was going to save some money and get a Vizio 42 inch, because at the local gamer shop I thought it looked great, but boy was I wrong. Now I just have to convince my wife that we need to switch from digital cable to a dish network for more HD channels. Speaking of which, these shows look so realistic. I was watching Deadliest Catch on Discovery HD, and after a couple drinks I thought I was on the damn ship. Go out and get this TV!!!
