Works fine Ver 4 & Ver 3 cards
Pros: Inexpensive and they work fine. I'm using the BEFW11S4 router with the cards. The Ver 4 worked right out of the box, set up too easy. The Ver 3 card needed some tweaking, but the Linksys support walked me through it, now problem (very nice). Range seem
Cons: Better documentation on the Ver 3 vs Ver 4 card porbably would have saved me a call to support.

For simple home network, very easy
Pros: I'm using this card on my two year old HP Pavillion with Windows ME, along with a Linksys WAP Router. The laptop is usually in my office on the upper level of my home. I get a good-very good (50-75%) signal while in my office. The router is at about a 45
Cons: Through MY experiences with this card, I've had no problems.

Cons: Notebook PC froze when transferring files between networked PCs; set-up took a long time to locate broadband internet connection; WIFI utility is non-detailed and sloppy; product's update page on www.linksys.com is out-of-date, as the most "recent" versio

Performs well with help
Pros: Hardshell case. Connection stays up.
Cons: Took about 4hours of tweeky to finally get it working with windows XP. Signal strength not great unless your less then 30' from the router. Placing the router (BEFW11S4) at a higher level improve distance alittle. signal strenght problem resolved by purch

Doesn't work with Cisco?
Pros: I run a secure network in my office the WPC11 performed fine even though the router was not Linksys.
Cons: In public wireless environment the product rarely works! Especially when trying to connect to Cisco networks (specifically a Cisco Aeroport 350) that I know of. Seeing as how Cisco is Linksys's daddy how come this issue cannot even be fixed by their upper
