by techosuk on August 16, 2011
Pros: Not much really, but at least I have it working on my PC.
Cons: Terrible lack of support!
Summary: Had to download a driver from Airlink's website that uses the same chipset, then hey presto works fine with XP / Vista / Windows 7

Samsung WIS09ABGN Wireless LAN Adapter
by genesis16283 on August 14, 2011
Pros: Small and compact
Cons: Everything. Samsung pays a lot of money for advertising and self-promotion. When it comes down to the details, they don't put enough effort to make thier products work as it should.

I'll walk away from samsung..
As entertainment center I like it , because everyday spend between 30 to 90 minutes trying to connect my Tv to the internet , while I'm waiting for the Technical support call (it worked for a moths a n half and stop working) Killing time?
I think Samsung is lying and cheating about the quality of their product, making an extra buck ($87) with the promised you can connect wireless your TV to the internet . Mine is a UN40C6400RF DONGO :WIS09ABGN

Summary: Samsung TVs are crap and now it sounds like their accessories suck too. I was given a series 8 after 3 series 5 Plasma TVs went bad in the first 14 months! I thought it would be nice to hook up the internet TV. Using a ethernet connection would mean running 100 feet of cable so I was going to get the wireless adaptor but after reading this it sounds like Samsung screwed this up too. If this piece has a 30 day waranty then I would just be throughing 80 dollars away. They barely will support a product with a 2 year warranty. Samsung SUCKS!

Not as bad as people are saying
by yelnats69 on November 2, 2010
Pros: Simple connection, been working fine for me
Cons: The fact that its expensive, and works only with Samsung, seems like a $5 wireless network adapter could have been made to work, Samsung sort of invented the square wheel.
Summary: Its doing the job, but I would not buy anything in the future that does not have a built in adapter.
