  Summary: I did research on HDMI cables and to me it was very unclear of how far you should run them. I watched a video on Cnet and one of the tech's suggested wireless. I was a little unsure at first but decided to give it a try since I was not able to run HDMI or Cat5 cables through my walls due to various internal obstructions. I have 3 HD/3D Vizio LCD Flat panel TV's in my poker room. I wanted to have all three tv's showing the same thing at once. I have Dirctv as well. I went to Best Buy and purchased the wireless kit and one additional receiver for about $350.00. The Best Buy gurus told me that I would be able to get pretty good HD signals but I would not be able to get 3D without some signal loss. I figured I would just give it a try, if it didn't work, i could always return it. To my surprise, it works great! I could not be more pleased. No signal loss at all. All three TV's are in sync and even the sound is excellent on all three. The real test was if 3D would work and all I can say is, it's perfect on all three! This was a great buy. I also have AT&T wireless internet with quite a few devices running off of it. I figured there would be some interference but there is none. My next test will be trying a receiver downstairs to see what results I get. I will post my findings when I do it. So, far (and it's only been one day), this product has exceeded my expectations.

  Interesting technology that won't work for everyone.

  Pros: Easy to hook up. It will work if there are no obstructions between the transmitter/receiver.

  Cons: Technology is not refined. Signal is easily disrupted by hollow interior doors, people walking by, and standard wall construction.

  Summary: If you must try it, make sure you have a solid return policy from the retailer. You don't want to be out $229.00.
