Summary: I have just wasted 3 hours of my life trying to get this thing to work. I have used Susteen's troubleshooting guides, reinstalled the driver, updated the software, uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing. It has come close to downloading pictures from my phone twice out of twenty attempts.
This is a defective program that should not have been sold.
