  Pros: + Sound is good
  + Easy set up, PLENTY on inputs
  + Love the AirPlay
  + App works very good to control the system

  Summary: Recieiver arrived on first delivery date. Very Good. Condition was new. All accessories were included and unopened. The receiver is difficult in the begging to set-up. It took over four hours to begin to relalize how it functioned. You must first of all load the CD Disk first. This will tell you step one or give you the A-Z tour of the Pioneer VSX-1122-K reciver set-up and prime functions.
  
  Since this Receiver is WI-FI Ready, however, you require a Wireles LAN Converter Router. One is not included. Or you can hard wire connect to your home network with an Ethernet cable. I will have to research the WI-FI LAN Converter box. It should have had wireless capabilities built-in. The sound is good. Use good HDMI High Speed Cables. This receiver is more for HDMI devices than legacy devices. There is only one Component input and three alternate DVD,CD, and STA/CBL inputs. There are two Optics and two Co-Ax inputs for your sound.
  
  These are programable though the CD Setup program. Satisfied so Far. Just wish it was WI-FI Ready and had more options for legacy devices and tape decks. Be very careful when inserting your HDMI cables in the receiver. You may get glitches from your Satellite or cable coming through to Monitor. You must be sure the HDMI are in tight. You may have to jiggle the cable until the glitches go away. The 3D does pass through and the color and resolution is very good. You will have to go deeper into the setup to ensure your receiver is set to 1080P.
  
  I'm still learning all the nuances about this receiver. Do not expect to get it all correct in two hours. there is a learning Curve with this receiver. But it does tell you there are marriod of setups for sound and pictures and delays, speaker setups, two zone ability and Front Height or Surround Wide for 7 sets of speakers and two pre-outs for sub-woofers. Sorry no pre-outs for the other channels. All in All a Very good Mid-Range Receiver. I have read many of the forum reports and I have duplicated some of their problems, however, Make sure you have the Best HDMI (1.4a) High Speed and ARC capable yor pocket can afford plus very good peaker cables.
  
  This will aleviate the error of glitches and phase diferences with speaker wire. Banana Plugs would also be good on your list of must have for the speaker post. Easier to plug in the back. All are 3 way binding post..No tiny push connectors for for small wires. This receiver does so much it is difficult to remmeber all the features. WIth the Auto MACC for Speaker set-up. It automatically adjust levels, telss you if speakers are out of phase, adjust for different distances away from the set-up microphone.
  
  Plus it gives you the results and you still have a chance to set all parameters manually if you like. The Internet capbilities is full fledge. Pandora, Netflix, HulU, Internet Radio, etc... and more. I could keep writting, but now I'm tired. More to learn about this Pioneer VSX-1122-K tomorrow. My opinion Very Good Deal for the money. Enough Power also I have not turned the volume all the way up, but I know it can blow my room out if I so desire.
