BB failed when needed

Pros: offered back up if HD failed
Cons: BB/CMS HD backup failed when computer HD failed, CMS did not respond to either email or phone call.

Summary: CMS/Bounce Back is not a dependable backup. Required computer tech to initiate initial backup, their HD failed and had to be replaced (which they did after several phone calls and weeks), but when my computer HD failed their HD backup was not recognizable by the repaired computer after downloading recovery program from their site and CMS did not respond to telephoned message as promised or to emails.
