  Summary: I purchase this to clone my hard drive. First off, the "clone hard drive" is no longer there as it was in previous versions. Instead they call it "system backup" and "copy hard drive". No too big a deal but definately confusing.
  
  The product worked great...twice. It copied 2 hard drives from 2 different computers and recovered beautifully. 200Gb in about a total of 4 hours (2 hours to backup and 2 hours to recover).
  
  The third time it failed even though it stated that it successfully copied my hard drive. I was moving from one hard drive to another larger capacity drive. Simple, right?
  
  Well, after I "recovered" the data onto my new hard drive, BOTH the old and new hard drives failed!! How does that happen? Boy was I pi.ss.ed off. Every time I went to boot either drive, it kept cycling back to reboot. It never booted and kept complaining that a file was missing. Bottom line: the boot sequence was messed up.
  
  Thankfully, I had a prior hard drive backup from a month earlier that worked just fine. Also, even though the drives failed to boot they could be "mounted" as another hard drive so I was able to still copy my data over from the failed disk. In addition, the Norton Ghost disk itself can be used as a boot drive.
  
  Moral of the story: Always have more than one "system" backup of your hard drive. I thank the Lord that I did.

  Don't buy this worthless software.

  Pros: There is absolutely nothing pro to say about this software.

  Cons: I spent over 8 hours over 4 days online with Norton support to copy my 40GB hard drive to a 320GB hard drive and it still gives me the blue screen of death. What a waste of money and time.

  Summary: Find some other software to do such a simple job. That's what I'm looking for.

  Astonishingly easy way to back up your drive & files

  Pros: Well thought out start screen, all the functions you require at hand all easy to find and more importantly understand. A few clicks and my C: drive and files were backed up. Automatically sent them to external drive unaided.

  Cons: None that I can see

  Summary: No tricky interface you never wonder what will happen if I do this easy to understand everything right under your nose absolute simplicity.
