  Pros: smoke generator

  Cons:

  Summary: The unit will not even get close to the 320 degrees as advertised which means you have to slow cook (very slow as in overnight. You must use bradley's fuel which is about $1.50 an hour or about $10 per smoking, that is if the fuel bisquettes don't get jammed and you end up without any smoke at all.
