BIC America dual voice coil in-ceiling speakers are not suitable for one channel use. The state-of-the-art VK-6DUAL stereo speaker includes a Premium Grade 6 1/2" Kevlar woofer. Kevlar offers incredible strength and dispersion advantages compared to traditional woofers. Kevlar cones enable superior acoustical quality, improved mid-bass, extreme durability under high stress conditions, and are less susceptible to blow out, even when being driven at the highest levels. VK-6DUAL speakers include dual 1" ferrofluid-cooled titanium tweeters. Each speaker is packaged with both a weather-resistant metal paintable grille, and a white cloth decor grille with Scotchguard.
