Great when it is working.

Pros: Does exactly what it should. High speed, low drag. When it's connected.
Cons: Drops connection and is very time consuming to re-attempt connection. I say re-attempt due to the lack of user friendly interface and the need for the disk.
Summary: Keep the install disk in reach of your PC and never lose sight of it. Otherwise you will find yourself with a paperweight. It is an OK piece of electronics ...

Summary: Keep the install disk in reach of your PC and never lose sight of it. Otherwise you will find yourself with a paperweight. It is an OK piece of electronics but temperamental in the realm of what I like to call "Sustained superior performance" or flat out doing it's job.

Works well, if you can set it up and it stays connected

Pros: It sometimes works and is fast.
Cons: Difficult and time consuming set up, very difficult to reconnect, bulky design (you're probably buying this to hide wires!), no support after 12 months, and impossible to update firmware if not connected (but can't connect without updating firmware)

Summary: It was time consuming to connect this device, but it did work, at first. It would drop the connection if my other router went out and it didn't work well with the DirectTV device, despite DirectTVs recommendation. Every time it lost connection I would have to sync it back with the router, which includes plugging it back in, running the startup disk, and starting from scratch--a 30 minuted ordeal. Two months after the warranty expired it now does not work and I can't sync it at all. Support just wanted to charge me more money. I'll save it and buy another brand.
