Sofeware is difficult to use and the map is not updated

Pros: Low price and fast power up.
Cons: Unable to update map as advertised.
Content Manager may have problem register the GPS.
Magellan Support is not 24 hours.

Summary: I returned the first one because it made a noise sound. But the second one was the same, and it did not have my six year old house address, so I connected it with my PC and tried to update the software and map. The Content Manager saw the software was the latest and no map update available. It failed to register the GPS too. However the noise went away. I am trying to contact Magellan for a solution.
