  Great For The Price, But...

  Pros: I paid $10 shipped on black Friday, so for the money it's a great product. It does the job so you know where you're going and you don't get lost.

  Cons: Volume is software controlled, so you can't really change it while you're driving. That is somewhat frustrating.

  Summary: Why pay more? What more do you really need from a GPS system than to get where you're going?

  Small Screen, why go big when you just need to listen?

  Pros: Easy to operate, intuitive, actual selection of voices, several languages available on the GPS, accurate to within 10 feet, SD Card capable, good mounting system and inexpensive maps on line (50.00 for one year of maps)

  Cons: none really, the same price Garmin or TomTom is very limited, although they provide basically the same maps....just no voice on the two competitors. I would like a little more battery life but that is not a big deal.

  Summary: For what I paid, you can't beat the features....it goes from my car, to the airplane, to the motorcycle, to my bicycle, even in my pocket (2.5 real hours of battery) The voice is superior to what I had with my old, way more expensive Nuvi 255 but the graphics look just the same. For a company that makes personal electronics, they seem to have hit a home run with this and ME (a little play on words there).

  Pros: This is a nice unit for the price. I got it on sale for $88. It came with the stylus (slid inside the unit on the right side), AC charger, car charger, mounting cradle, and usb cable. It has text to speech. And a few other basic features.

  Cons: voice prompts could be clearer, screen can be difficult to see at times from sun glare. Dash mounting adhesive didnt work the best.

  Summary: I think this is a good basic unit for the price I paid on sale, $88. We used it this past weekend for a 400 mile trip and it worked fine. We didn't want to spend alot of money and this unit seems to fit the bill. If you want alot of fancy features then you will need to spend a little more money. We wanted something with text to speech and this one has it. I just hope getting map updates won't be a hassle. I am hoping they will give a free map update since it seems like most gps maps are out dated fresh out of the box.

  Great Value

  Pros: Easy set-up.Easy to use interface.I had it in use less than five minutes after purchase.Several TTS voices.The stylus is in the back and easily accessible, but not necessary.Entering favorites is easy too, if a little tedious.

  Cons: Small screen.Align it first.Voices are a little tinny.I am not sure if map updates are available or will cost $$, but with economy and the construction industry the way it is, I doubt that will be an issue anytime soon.

  Summary: I needed a good, basic GPS.This is it.I drive a LOT, and most of business is at addresses I have never been to.I was using Google Mobile Maps on my Blackberry, but calls, the need to change screens during routes, and the screen auto off were a problem.I have looked at $500 Garmins,handhelds,hybrids,and even thought about a netbook for the car.After soul and wallet searching,checking the reviews,and thinking about how I would REALLY use it, not how I COULD use it, this unit fit the bill perfectly.Not quite as many bells and whistles,and it doesn't puree or brew coffee, but it gets me where I am going, and my wallet is really fond of it.

  Great GPS for the price

  Pros: Easy to use, spoken street names,lots of information on the screen. Previous reviews said it doesn't come with the stylus. The stylus fits nicely into the unit itself, not packaged in the box.

  Cons: Need to mount it on dash or somewhere close because it can be hard to read at a distance.

  Pros: Affordable with high end featurs spoken street names speed metter,arrival time ,distance left to go, very easy to use packed with accessories

  Cons: Even thou it says it comes with a styles pen but its not included in the box the mount is easy to use not like the tomtoms but it snaps off easy the screen little bit shiny ''glair" and bright in sunny areas no detor or customising options.

  Sorry I purchased it.

  Pros: I liked the price, but should have spent a little more,and got a Tom Tom

  Cons: The manuals are not complete, and when I contacted them by phone I got little to no help. just telling me to register it. The stylus was not in the box, and it seems they already know it, its just a way of getting you to register.

  Summary: The voice prompts in text to speech are barely legible, many of the streets are wrong names, Its just a bad buy!
