  Summary: Bulldog/JBL tecnologies do a great job with their remote starters and alarms.
  I personally install a lot of remote starters every month and I haven't had much trouble with their devices but if you are planning to buy a remote starter to install yourself you should know at least a little of DC current as well a little about resistors etc.
  A recomendation to buyers is to buy the newer units like RS1100, RS1200 and RS1300 wich come with built-in relays and make the job easier also go to their website and check for your car's wiring diagram.It makes the installation much easier.

  DIY installation is very difficult.

  Pros: Works well. Some cool features.

  Cons: Very poor technical support. Poorly written instructions. Inaccurate wiring diagrams. Very high shipping and a 20% restock fee plus you pay for return shipping.

  Summary: Not a bad product but a frustrating experience dealing with this company. I paid $86 for an item they assured me would work with this unit. It wouldn't. I could not get help from their tech support. I requested a return in less than a week. Paying the shipping minus the restock fee left me getting $40 back so I kept it.
