The good: Eye-catching design; plenty of compartments; rock-solid feel and build.
The bad: Very large and bulky size makes this bag unsuitable for normal city commuting; it's best as a weekend or carry-on bag for plane trips.
The bottom line: Though it's far too large to be used as an everyday laptop backpack, the sturdy design and numerous pockets on the multipurpose Booq Boa Flow make it a great buy as a weekend or carry-on bag that can handle most laptops.
Pros: Lots of room, pockets, protection, cool color and very strong. Orange on the backside and orange on the inside. Worth the money because it's built well and will last.
Cons: Weight; a little heavy.
Also, the top outside zippered pocket closes to the bottom - things can fall out unless completely zipped at all times. Nothing lost yet, but keys could come loose from the inside connector and dropped out of the bag.
Summary: Great, great bag. Looks good and gets attention.

Pros: * Waist Strap * Chest Strap * Pocket large enough to hold a Digital SLR. * Just BARELY fits under airline seat and in the overheads on some of the smaller regional jets. * Comfortable shoulder straps and good padding on the back.
Cons: * Outer pocket zips on the bottom, I do worry about losing things if I don't zip it up good.

Summary: Where to start with this bag. It has excellent laptop protection, and lots of room and pockets for papers, pens, etc. I often carry my SLR with a good size lens and I've taken it hiking in Hawaii. I'm a road warrior and have lugged this laptop back all across the country (50,000 miles +) and it's holding up very well. When I really get it loaded down, it does get very heavy, but the waist strap really helps relieve the weight on the shoulders.
I disagree with the cnet review, it is large, but I carry it for everyday use and love it, other than that, from my over 1 year experience with the bag, the review is spot on.
Description:The Boa flow laptop backpack has been designed to accommodate the various working environments and changing requirements of creative professionals. Integral to the bag's flexible design is its collapsible bottom compartment, which serves as a protected, separate place for your camera or large headphones. When those items are not needed, collapsing the compartment maximizes the main volume for books, documents, or other large items. A highly protective laptop compartment, extremely durable YKK zippers, a ballistic nylon exterior with waterproof coating, an ergonomically designed shoulder strap system with three adjustment points, a breathable back padding design, super soft neoprene mobile phone pocket, and stretchy side pockets for water bottles are just a few of the benefits that make Boa flow the ideal laptop backpack to move creative gear.
