The good: Accommodates large laptops; wheels roll quietly and smoothly, even on uneven surfaces; lots of room and pockets for gadgets; sturdy telescoping handle; contoured shape makes it easy to carry shoulder-style.
The bad: Somewhat expensive; some of the bag's contents are exposed when the telescoping handle is up.
The bottom line: Designed to carry 17-inch laptops, the sturdy Kensington Contour Roller combines suitcase-like construction with the organization of a laptop bag.

Tough and roomy

Summary: I have been using this case for over two years hauling around all sorts of gear. It has stood up to the punishment of rolling through the Alaskan Arctic (where I work) to the beaches in Mexico (where I relax).
Very easy to place all of your gear with the many storage pockets. The rolling mechanism is very quiet and with the handle extended, amazingly well balanced, you hardly know it is there.
It does frustrate the TSA folks in airports at times as there are so many pockets and zippers that if you get flagged for inspection it takes them quite awhile to inspect the bag.
My only gripe is that over time the zipper pulls have broken off. They are still usable but just shorter.
After 2 years of heavy use it still looks great and works well. It stows well under an airplane seat, highly recommended.

Pros: Very ergonomically designed, feels great when used as shoulder bag
Cons: Flimsy plastic handles on top of case guaranteed to break if used a lot. Very expensive for what you get.
