The good: The Sony SmartWatch draws the eye with its sleek, stylish looks. It also offers a wide range of wireless functions notifications, call handling, and music control made possible by a Bluetooth smartphone connection.
The bad: The Sony SmartWatch needs an Android smartphone connection to function or even keep the time, it isn't compatible with iOS, and its display can't be read in sunlight. It needs to be charged daily.
The bottom line: The Sony SmartWatch enters the realm of usability thanks to recent software updates, but it's still more smartphone accessory than solid standalone timepiece.
Pros: Design It does what it is meant to be and does it properly.
Cons: I have big fingers, Sometime it is hard for me to poke on those tiny buttons, When in a meeting sometimes it vibrates when I put my hand over the phone, the rest it never happens (reestablish the connection)

Summary: I am a gadget person. I have the latest TV/DVD/Cable/phone. Every year I buy a new phone, just because I love only the best, Google fan as well. Now I have never lost my money in anything I have bought and this was not an exception.
Comparing to nothing. Exactly that's what you have on the market right now Nothing, the other smart watch are so different than the Sony that for me they are a different product.
I have been using it for 1 month and it is excellent. I bought this watch when looking at a Sony phone on their web page I looked at the accessories and found this rare gadget.
I use it all the time as I am not that kind of person that have the phone on the hand to see what's going on. I stopped using a watch as I only to watch the time it did not make sense. Every time somebody calls I do not have to see the phone, when I pickup my wife on the subway I do not have to use the phone to tell her to exit the station, send a written message in one of the applications. I do no have to use the phone to see if the message I received is important or not or is a mail or a facebook thing, just look at my wrist that's it. I am only afraid it will last for a long time, that will see.
Something I tell you when you get to use this watch. Everybody will look at you and ask you what is that. Everybody wants one. Just have to see their faces when I tell them that is does not works with IOS, they are so sad.
Cons: BUILD QUALITY IS CRAPPY VERY CHEAPLY MADE. NOT DEPENDABLE

Summary: These watches are pure junk! i have been through 4 in since December, one wouldn't charge even with the rubber band, one wouldn't come on unless it was plugged in and then press the power button, the next had a black line through the screen, and the last one wouldn't hold a charge for more than 2 hrs with minimal apps and use.
I returned the last one to sony, they have had it for a month and not one word from them, no customer service at all!
Bottom Line:The Sony SmartWatch enters the realm of usability thanks to recent software updates, but it's still more smartphone accessory than solid standalone timepiece.
