The good: The Just5 J509 is slim and compact. It has large display font, a roomy keypad with big buttons, an SOS emergency button, text messaging, a flashlight, an FM radio, and great call quality.
The bad: The Just5 J509's phone book is rather small, and the rated battery life seems very short as well.
The bottom line: The Just5 J509 is perfect for cell phone beginners.

I was looking at getting this for my granfather but he got a phone because he wanted to text people
I really liked the look of it, but it is VERY simple, all it does is call. But he wanted to text as he likes to sometimes so this wont work for texting.
But it worked good for the time it was needed. Not many features, but it works.

False Advertising

Pros: Because of false advertising, I don't have any pros, at the moment.
Cons: I just purchased the Just5 cell phone. Their site says: "Our Simple and Affordable Plans start at only $10 for 90 days. That's only $3.33 per month!" Sooo, after I receive my phone, I'm told to buy my minutes online. I go online and my access is denied.
