Summary: I've had my phone for about a week now, and had a chance to use all of the features. here are my perspectives:
Phone quality is good when signal is good. Reception is markedly worse that a Katana and a Sanyo that we also have on the Sprint network. (0-1 bar in my home, vs 1-2 bars for the other phones). This is annoying since I drop calls when at home. When the signal is good though, calls are clear on both ends. No gripes about the phone, other than weak reception where I happen to live.
Music player is very good. It pauses for a few seconds between songs which is moderately annoying, but the sound quality is surprisingly good and the patch cable that lets you use headphones and still take a call is a nice feature. This application was better than I expected. The speaker is a bit tinny, but not terrible given the size of the phone, and usually I'll use headphones anyway. FM transmitter is a bit of a joke though. You have to have the phone right on the antenna. It is much worse than the Griffin i-Tunes FM modulator on my I-Pod. Range is VERY limited.
Camera is marginal. Even though pictures are 1.3 MP, they don't have much dynamic range and colors are somewhat washed out. It also doesn't offer zoom on the high resolution setting. Don't throw away your other digital camera! This is OK in a pinch, but not really very good.
Other features are pretty good. I especially like the fact that you can access the flash drive via a USB connection. This means that you can download or upload music and pictures without having to do it through the mobil connection. -- A big plus! With a 2 GB micro-drive for $25 on eBay, this stores a reasonable amount of music and pictures (and can be upgraded to 4 GB). I haven't tested the bluetooth yet. Overall form/size/shape is great. It is small and lightweight, and appears less likely to break than the Razors.
I got my Muziq for $100, but I see they are now $80 a week later. Bummer. They'll be free before you know it. Overall, I feel like I got my money's worth, but there is room for improvement.
Updated
I just tried the FM transmitter in my car. It actually worked really well -- as well as the Griffin iTunes adapter on my iPod. I take back my comment about this being a joke.
Updated
I have a couple of updates to my post. First, I tried the FM transmitter in my car. It worked very well -- comparable to my Griffin iTunes accessory on my iPod. I take back my earlier comment. Second, I sent Sprint an email about the fact that they dropped the price by $20 2 days after I got the phone. They credited my account. --Very good customer service!

Summary: This is a great phone with lots and lots of features, I love the way the phone feels, it's the way a Motorola Razor should have been designed, AKA The right way. I like the fact that I can hook this phone to my computer, so I can transfer over songs, wallpaper, etc., to my 2GB MicroSD Card that I just recently bought. This is Great phone packed with all the newest features, Camera, Camcorder, MP3 Player, Bluetooth, Etc., If you're looking for an affordable phone with Sprint, go with this one, you'll be getting all the you need. I highly recommend this.

Pros: Excellent Price, Holds Plenty of Music, buttons are smooth and they have seperation between them (easy to dial), nice color and graphics, thin
Cons: Oil from fingers leave prints on phone, semi-compact phone (I am use to phones being smaller when I open them), but I also undestood it was going to be that size

Summary: Purchased this phone, and have no post purchase anxiety. I like to get value for my money and so I was going to go for the Fusic LX550, but am glad to have purchased this phone. I find this phone ideal, due to the fact that I work out and now I have a music player and phone for $99.00, instead of getting IPOD and a phone. Music quality is good, and phone is easy to use and understand. Camera works as any camera phone does. The type of person that will get the most out of this phone is someone who is looking to use it mostly as a phone and music player. Other options such as camera, internet, access to your account info, scheduler, etc. are a plus.

Summary: I've had this phone for a few weeks now. I was very excited to get it, but must admit that my excitement has died down quite a bit, and am still considering trading it out before my 30 days are up. Might try out the Rumor. My issues.....
#1: The call quality is excellent, very clear, but QUIET. I'm constantly having to ask people to speak up, and I have the volume at it's highest setting. Never had this problem with my 3 past phones.
#2: The MP3 player is fun, but it lists all your songs in some random order, disregarding your folders. It always starts with the same song, even when shuffle is on. It also takes a long time to boot up. It loads all your songs every time you turn on the music player feature. That could mean waiting for over 1000 songs to load on a 4GB card.
#3: I use the clock on the front my phone a lot. Only one of the 8 buttons on the side and face activate the clock. All the others generate an alert to hold the camera button to unlock the key guard. This alert stays there for several seconds before I can see the clock. And being that the buttons are all very sensitive, I have resorted to just opening my phone to check the time.
#4: The camera quality is terrible. Haven't been able to take a focused picture yet. My old phone's VGA camera was 10 times better.
#5: Can't get the music transmitter to work well. I only get a good signal if I hold the phone against my skin and basically use my body to boost the signal.
What's good about it? It's a very stylish phone that's lightweight and fits comfortably in my pocket. It has a lot of fun features, good quality display and is easy to use. It's very sturdy. I've dropped it three times already and it has only one tiny scratch. But the "little things" are starting to get under my skin!

Summary: I had the Upstage Bleeech! I then read the reviews for this phone and said let me check it out! It is such a popular phone that 2 Sprint stores where sold out of it. It's a great looking phone, it's thin, it's very easy to use. Most of all the speakers and the music playback are AWESOME!!! You will not believe how good the music sounds when you listen to it. It takes great pictures and has a gorgeous resolution too!
I can't say enough about this awesome phone! I would give it 100 stars if I could
You will NOT be disapointed in making this purchase! DO NOT get the Upstage though that phone was horrible!

Summary: I have to admit that I was skeptical about purchasing this phone. I had the former version the lg fusic and was looking forward to a slimmer better designed phone. I had a samsung a900 prior to the fusic and loved the slim design, but the phone had many issues. Sprint gave me the lg fusic as a replacement. I was just never happy with the screen and the white casing. It had some interesting features like the fm transmitter, but it didn't work right at all. In any case, I choose the lg muziq over the sanyo DLX its close rival and am glad I did. The screen is larger and much more detailed than the fusic. I really like the email push feature. Getting my work emails to me all on one device such as this is a true convience and takes away using multiple devices. The battery life has been good. The fm transmitter I have to admit works well considering its such a small device. I really like the shell of this phone. The black smooth sophisticated look of it is sweet. It does show finger prints big time so just keep that in mind. I can't say that I enjoy having the power port on the side. Just more combersome to plug on and off. The volume controls on the upper hinge piece next to the screen seemed an odd choice, but I'm getting used to it. The bluetooth works fine, but really wished and find it hard to believe they went with version 1.1 for such an advanced phone. One other obsticle I have incountered is the use of the Dpad. I keep missing the ok button and hit below it. If it was raised up just a hair more it would prevent some undesired movements. In any case, I like this phone more and more. Oh, and by the way, I have noticed some reviews that don't seem to be real and just put 10s in order to raise the level of review likeability for this phone. Lets be real folks, no phone is perfect and this phone although close just isn't. I'm giving an honest review and hope others will do the same...

Summary: This is my 3rd LG phone while having Sprint's service and they have out done themselves again. I wanted a very slim phone with many features but didn?t want to be like everyone else and get the Razr. I have only had the phone for a day but the reception is good, sound quality (on out going and incoming calls) is better than average on most phones, and it?s very easy to navigate when choosing a menu option.
The speakerphone is nice although it takes a while to register after selecting this feature. The stereo headset adapter is a great choice and it is included in the box.
I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a reliable phone, mp3 player, text messaging, and every day use.

Lost all service, sent for repair and got back to me 3 weeks later saying that it could not be repaired. If you buy this phone, you better cradle it! Not impressed at all.

Summary: I love this phone. i can listen to music for 3 hours and still be able to talk on it for about 2 hours all in the same charge. very shiny. i like how big the buttons are. it makes easier for faster texting. i didnt really like lg before but they've really stepped up their game the past few years. i also like how its music controls on the front vibrate. you can compose your own melodies and i believe set them as ringtones or whatever.
status light
music player in headphones get pretty loud
normal black white sepia and negative camera settings.
can take pictures up to 980x1230? megapixels
(1.3 mp camera)
its 3g compatible
and it has stereo bluetooth
the bad things are:
some people have said its hard to hear me but i swear im talking at an exceptional volume. but maybe its just me.
when you put someone on speaker it doesnt get quiet and it doesnt get louder.
it only vibrates once if you set it on text voice mail etc. so if you have it in your pocket you better feel it the first time
No equalizer for music player
no fun frames for camera.
Overall
i really like this phone and i'd recommend it to anyone who wants a music phone or just an all around great phone

Summary: I had a cheap, simple Samsung clamshell that had great call quality and voice dialing features. And, it was a tri-mode that worked great even in the Caribbean.
When I decided to upgrade, I was sold the Muziq at $99 for it's music player with bluetooth and FM transmitter, voice dialing and camera.
The camera does not shoot in dim rooms- no useable flash, just a white led light that has about a 4 inch range (Sprint tech service said this is 'normal').
The voice dialing is a four step process- hold the button for 2 seconds, then say 'Call', then say '(person's) Name', then say 'Home (or Cell, Office, etc.), then wait another 2 seconds for the phone to verify the call, and then finally say 'Yes' before it dials. (Unless it goes to the wrong person, then you must say 'No' and start all over). My old phone you simply pressed 'Talk', said the person's name and it would connect you.
The FM transmitter claims a 10-13 ft range in the specifications, but recommends 5 ft or less. Try much less- more like touch the phone to the car radio. Even on my home stereo, I had to put the phone to within 2 inches of the antenna. Again, per Sprint tech service, this is 'normal'.
I did purchase a bluetooth stereo headset and a 4GB card (not through Sprint). This feature does work, and I can load up my music via the USB cable with a simple drag and drop of files. Shuffle mode only, though.
Overall, this phone advertises way more than it delivers. It does surprise me that the official reviews fail to mention these major flaws.
