Pros: Slide out QWERTY keyboard, colorful display, easy navigation
Cons: No easy access to call history, touchscreen menus sometimes too small to hit accurately

Summary: I am really enjoying this phone. Unlike the CNET review, I find the QWERTY keyboard very easy to use despite the size. The touchscreen on the other hand can be difficult to hit the very small areas in order to navigate menus, etc. My small-ish 10 yr old was frustrated trying to play ringtone samples w/o setting them instead because the area was so small. I think with experience it will get easier but a large man may be frustrated with the small target areas!
I don't access the internet on this phone so can't speak to screen quality for that but the camera is decent and the display is bright even in sunlight. Most of the menus are easy to navigate and the phone is highly personalize-able. The only complaint I have is that you can't immediately access call history from any of the menus. You have to load the dialer and then pick "history" from an icon at the bottom of the digital keypad.
Another feature I really like is the touchscreen lock - it locks automatically in standby and in talk so you don't have to worry about pocket dialing or about ending the call if you touch the screen to your face.
So far I'm finding this phone to be really intuitive and easy to use and call quality has been excellent. Predictive text has worked really well - the writing pad is awful but is so small it's not worth using anyway, more of a gimmick than useful tool. Overall, while not a smartphone the Rumor Reflex is a great value for a basic messaging phone.
Pros: Nice looking phone. Upgraded from basic flip phone. Better size camera pictures versus the 'thumbnail' size from my basic flip phone which I couldn't enlarge past a one inch "frozen" size.
Cons: Keyboard is horrible. Silver against silver with letters backlit in light blue. Talk about eyestrain! Can only see keyboard in total darkness. Why could they not have made black keys with white letters? Something you can see in daytime.

Summary: You need to decide for yourself if you can live with this phone. The keyboard problem can be solved by using the 'digital' screen for texting (Thank God it has that other option)! I feel I can live with this phone because I certainly do not want to pay smartphone type monthly bills. I still have the basic plan ($39) and I can add on web browsing for $15 more if I'd decide.
Pros: Fun, easy navigation. Touchscreen plus full QWERTY keyboard. Lovely texting interface. Good camera. Missed alerts show up on the display in bubbles. Solid battery life for a touchscreen phone.
Cons: Keys are stiff on the keyboard. Not a lot of customization options. Email button is just under messages button and is not removable.

Summary: My old LG Remarq lasted me two solid years and was on its last leg when I got this phone. Its very fast, similar interface and very responsive touchscreen. As I am 21 now this phone looks a lot more grown up and less like a teenagers and the design is very sleek. I love the texture of the back of the phone, making it hard to see the scratches that all phones end up with from being placed on harsh surfaces unknowingly. I don't have the data plan and most of the data options are easily hidden away from clumsy fingers, except for the email button under the messages and the touchscreen misreads motions at times or I will just mistakenly touch the button. Its one of the only reasons I won't give it 5 stars. The camera is lovely, much better than the one I had before, works best in good lighting, but did take some fantastic pictures of 4th of July fireworks. I love how easy it is to mass delete photos, though it is odd that it has a limit of 30. Still, its a great and easy feature. The messaging interface is my favorite. It updates automatically, so you don't have to back out of the message stream to see the new message, you can just swipe over. It makes my day. I'm a simple person, so just having the touchscreen and new text interface has made things so much more sophisticated without having to pay an arm and two legs for a smartphone when I really don't want one. So far, its been a great phone. I have a bad history with phones so I'm getting a case and screen protector ASAP to keep it alive and in one piece. Good job Sprint, I almost thought I had to go back to a flip phone.
