The good: The Sanyo Innuendo has a functional feature set, agreeable call quality, and a comfortable and spacious messaging keyboard.
The bad: The Sanyo Innuendo's exterior controls and display aren't very user-friendly. Internal performance was mixed and the audio was somewhat distorted at the highest volume levels.
The bottom line: We still don't love the design concept, but the Sanyo Innuendo succeeds as a messaging phone with some multimedia.

Great for sending text messages nice keyboard.
by Kare2much on August 15, 2012
Pros: Great for sending text messages nice keyboard, nice pictures.
Cons: Lock the outside screen and it comes unlocked while using and hangs up on the caller. Issues with email locks up and only way to fix it is to take the battery out and since my email is now attached to my calendar I can't use it either.

Summary: I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Too many dropped calls, dropped once and the pixels have become two blobs, but I can still see the screen. I lock the screen on the outside and it still dials numbers when I am on the phone and hangs up on callers at least once a day. At times I can't answer the phone, keep hitting talk and nothing. All of these problems since I got the phone 5 months ago, started having problems since I purchased, my mistake was not taking it back right away.

This phone is a full of malfunctions.
by laney1977 on May 30, 2012
Pros: The reason I decided to buy this phone in the first place was because of the internal and external keypads and some of the smartphone like features. Too bad the actual phone is awful.
Cons: software issues, dropped calls, phone crashes a lot

Summary: I had to send the phone back to the manufacturer for screen black out then when I got it back the e-mail function did not work and crashed the phone. When we tried a hard reset, the phone reset everything except my email but still crashed. I must add that customer support for this phone was AWFUL. I have had many other issues such as the key lock feature malfunctioning and many dropped calls

One of the worst phones I have ever owned...
by bosmarya on January 5, 2012
Pros: has a stylish look, keypad has a solid feel and enjoyable to text on.
Cons: Sprint bloatware, touch screen on the front is difficult to use, phone randomly turns on the touch screen so it is very easy to butt dial or press buttons while talking to other people, the phone freezes all the time
Summary: I primarily use the phone to text and call other friends and cannot express how bad my user experience has been. Sprint has been horrible when I have not been ...
Summary: I primarily use the phone to text and call other friends and cannot express how bad my user experience has been. Sprint has been horrible when I have not been in a city environment (I live in mid Michigan) and i have to deal with dropped calls/text all the time. The phone itself has many flaws as i mentioned before and i would suggest that you look at other phone before buying this one.

great upgrade from old phone.
by dawlorian on November 23, 2011
Pros: I love the texting feature. This has been a perfect phone for texting. The keyboard is super simple to use just typing with thumbs.
Cons: The only prob I ran into is if I receive a text at the same time I send one it locks up the phone. I have to pop out the battery and reboot because it won't reboot hitting the end button. Just freezes completely on screen.
Summary: All in all I'd recommend this phone

It's not bad, but I've seen & had better.
by ronin1369 on October 19, 2011
Pros: The Keyboard is a nice feature for texting, & working on-line. The display screen is a decent size, with vibrant colors & good resolution. Easy to handle.
Cons: Externally, I find it's not very rugid / tough. I dropped mine a while back, on accident (I was at work, checking a text I had just received. When someone ran into me, which caused me to drop my phone.) Ever since then, the inside screen has had a few blo

Summary: When I first got this phone, I loved it. Now that I've been using it for over 5 months, I'm starting to see its many flaws. First of all, it is not very durable at all. My old phone, which was also touch screen on the front with a flip open keyboard, was dropped many times, and still the touch screen worked fine. With this phone, I dropped it once on a carpet, and the navigation arrows on the front no longer work, and I find myself pressing the end button several times to end a call. Also when I dropped it, a few black spots appeared on the screen, which graudally got bigger and bigger, until now it gets to the point where I can't read some parts of text messages because they're blocked. This phone also is not very functional as far as calls and messages. Once or twice a day, I end up having to take out the battery and put it back in, because my phone will not send or recieve calls or texts. I don't usually beat up my phones, and I had my last phone for almost 3 years and I never had any problems like I've had with this one, which is a very similar phone, and its only been 5 months. Stay away.
