  Pros: Automatic start-up timer Does work and every day to have your drip coffee ready in the morning.

  Cons:

  Summary: I purchased this from small appliance .com October 2004, I need a new drip basket, new water lid already. I use the automatic start up drip coffee maker every day and it works, but I need a new drip basket. If you are a espresso lover and want to make more than 4 cups at a time, this is not for you. Delonghi's warranty even their two year extended service plan cover very little. You have to send the product in, there is no exchange policy, so you are without your appliance. You have to pay for you parts up front even if they are on back order.
