The good: Sleeker design; 17 percent smaller; much quieter operation; better cooling; touch-sensitive power and disc tray; 250GB hard drive; built-in Wi-Fi; five USB ports; dedicated Kinect port; onboard optical digital audio.
The bad: The hard drive is still proprietary; controller on D-pad remains unchanged; cumbersome power block; renders existing faceplates useless; no cables for HD gaming out of the box.
The bottom line: Though the new Xbox 360 certainly addresses most of the concerns we've had with the versions before it, we don't think it warrants a purchase if you already own an Xbox 360 in working order with an HDMI-out port and a hard drive.

Pros: the 250GB hardive built in wifi much sexier and less problems with over heating
Cons: that it collects fingure prints and the fact that its possible to scrach your disk if moved while disk is spining

Best 360 out there

Pros: I purchased this system the day it was released at the gamestop near my house, great buy. Touch functions on the device work great if not to well. Quieter, slimmer and prettier. Kinect Ready!!
Cons: It's not really worth the 300 unless you're trading in your Pro or Elite system, I did this and got about $175 off of it. I will be buying Kinect so I just went ahead and bought this one. It has an internal hard drive so no borrowing a friends D:

Pros: Buy the 250gig drive online for $40, save $60 and drop into the 4gig version for a savings of over $100
Cons: Microsoft is greedy for your money. Everything after the $399 initial investment, then buy Microsoft points, GOLD status (no online gaming without!), you must have Windows7 on a connected PC to watch downloaded movie content in .mkv or other codecs.
Summary: More and more of my friends have a PC hooked up to a 42" TV that does all this for FREE after you buy the system. No per month charge ...

Even the customer support is better!

Summary: okay, so here is my review on the xbox 360 250gb. It is an excellent gaming experience, but there are still a couple of problems that need to be looked into... One problem is that some of the 250gb models, hard drives aren't inserted correctly, so if you have one of these models, when you turn your xbox on and get the red dot of death, take the hard drive out, shake it and put it back in and it should fix the issue. My other concern is that it still gets hot but there is an item called the nyko intercooler sts, its perfect if you have your xbox in a cramped entertainment center where air can't flow freely out of it, you can play for hours, and when you touch the xbox it feels like it hasn't even been on at all. You can buy this item at gamestop online or in store for 20 dollars. Nyko definetly fixed the sts, as it is usb powered unlike previous models like the ex and ts

Pros: Okay, first of all ONLINE is much superiour now we got the new WIFI which is extra supiriour than PS3'S AND WII'S so thats a win for XBOX , also. I love the games on it , We dont have God of war III but who cares we GOT GEARS OF WAR III , and so on.
