The good: Pocket-friendly small size; bright, brilliant screen; decent battery life; standard headphone jack; huge library of games; swappable faceplates provide screen protection.
The bad: Game Boy titles are looking old vs. more advanced competition; body and screen size may be just too small for some; not compatible with older GBA accessories and older Game Boy games; the more advanced and equally bright DS Lite--which can play all of the Micro's games--can be had for an additional $30.
The bottom line: Nintendo's latest Game Boy has an interesting design but doesn't offer anything you can't find in the company's other portables.
Pros: Once you use-up the batteries it stops to work.
Cons: A joke in the consumer

Summary: nintendo did it again, to extend the lifespan of crappy gameboy advance family. actually gameboy advance wasnt bad and i was playing it for 2 years and i quit. There arent any exciting new games coming out anymore and the graphic of this thing is out of date. GBA is still a good thing for little kids but other people should just go buy psp, well, not nds(its a brick with few good games in english out there) or wait for gameboy evolution

Summary: if you are looking for the best truely portable handheld system look no further than the nokia n-gage. it has everything you would want in a portable. it's online capable out of the box, has a ever growing library of original games, about two new games per month, it has pda functions built in, runs on the symbian 60 os therefore it has thousands of games and programs already available, it's graphics are far superior to the gba and the ds (in fact, a number of the current ds games are n-gage ports).
bottom line, if you are concidering the gbm, rethink your decision and take a good look at the n-gage qd. it's only $99 and if you sign up with a service plan, you will get the qd for free along with a game.
Pros: Small? Small? What good is it when you cant see the thing?
Cons: Buttons hard to press, looks like crap, DS is much better
Summary: ***?????? Why is nintendo continuing to disappoint me? This Micro crap is just too small. The DS is a fine size, as was the SP, but what is this thing?
