Great camera for extreme sport filming as well as nomal events
Pros: All the features the that sony includes in their cameras. Good video quality. You couldn't ask for anything more in the line of features, video and audio quality, and reliability from a camera.
Cons: Very small but not quite as small as the mini-dv's (DUH). Editing software included is bad but other video editing software which is amazing is available for free online.

VERY sytrong bells and whistles for a camera at this price point.
Pros: With features like infra-red night vision (out to about 10 feet), stop frame animation, time lapse photography, a 20x optical zoom -- you would be hard pressed to find more features in a camera at twice the price. I like the heft of the camera. It fits my
Cons: The software is utter crap, be sure and get a firewire cable and go that route with third party software. Moviemaker is good.

Camera = Excellente; Software = Heart Palpatation Inducing
Pros: Camera is awesome for movie/digital stills and the light is good as a flashlight when you're lost in the woods.
Cons: Like everyone says, the software it comes with is great for the first 5 minutes until you realize it's useless

No fancy bells and whistle but great Camera. No flaws, affordable, quality, perfect family videos.
Pros: Price is very reasonable at $330. With a 4 year full year warranty you can't go wrong. Video quality excellent for the price that I paid. No extra frills or gadget that you will never use.
Cons: None.

Cons: None so far.
-
AWSOME minidv alternative
Pros: Its a cheap minidv on hi8 media
Cons: I guess the software sux according to previous reviews but I don't know because I used Adobe premier or even windows Movie Maker software is sufficent for me :)
-
Affordable digital recording
Pros: All the features and cost
Cons: Horrible software to download to a pc. Even with lots of life experience, technological savvy and a college degree the software will make you want to shoot your computer.
-
Great Home Movies
Pros: Easy to operate, great pictures
Cons: Included software makes it difficult to download video by itself without adding special effects. I have had to use Roxio to download just the video.
