Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Customer service!!!

Summary: I ordered a CD from Cobra Digital almost 3 months ago on Jan 6th. I sent them an Email on Jan 18th politely asking for my CD. They cashed my check the next day on Jan 19th. I waited; nothing. On Feb 11th I emailed them again. They called me and told me it was on the way. I waited, nothing. On March 5th I emailed again. Still nothing. It is now March 14th and they have not sent me the CD. It has been 54 days. I would expect 7 - 10 business days to ship a CD. This has been nearly 3 month. I am very angry about this. Do not buy from this company, EVER.
