  Great video support.

  Pros: One thing I could appreciate about N-100 was the amount of video content its supports. I plays video flawlessly via USB. Hulu plus streams HD video and netflx runs great, oh Pandora is also great. I have been waitg to upgrade my TV and this was great

  Cons: Interface was a bit slow until I upgraded to the latest firmware, this seems to have corrected all issues. Although you need to upgrade through (wired connection) not Wifi,

  Summary: All in all this is a great buy for the money, I paid $89.00 at big-box club(not bad). I have been waiting to upgrade my 65" rear-projection HDTV and this scratched my itch. It offers all the amenities of the new TV minus the latest 3D craze, plus its usb support is GREAT for watching video (supports a ton of formats). So until they get more option built-in to new TV's the N-100 will work for me!

  Need improvement

  Pros: Very good at streaming from netflix and other providers

  Cons: limited section of codecs supported. Has trouble streaming local content unless resolution is very low (below DVD quality)

  Very similar to PS3 interface and control.

  Pros: Easier to setup the wi-fi than the PS3. Makes a good compliment to the PS3. I like the remote better than the PS3. So now with my laptop, PS3, and the SMP N100 I have 3 streaming sources and can switch between them for content.

  Cons: I can't find too much to complain about with this unit. Since it's in the top of it's class and I haven't had the pleasure of using the other boxes I find this unit very satisfactory in meeting my needs.

  Summary: It's simple to use, compact and unobtrusive , easily fitting into the space I have for my equipment, and relatively simple to set up and get running. I'm not sure I shouldn't rate this unit with 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this box to a friend without hesitation. I purchased my unit at COSTCO for $100.00 and don't regret my purchase. The nice thing is once you set it up you can forget about it. (Did I say that?) Set it and forget it... hahah
