I have Windows Vista can not get the software ....

Pros: There might be something inside of it. I think I'll smash it with my foot to find out.
Cons: Remove it from the keychain so you can at least use the keychain.

Pros: I can't find any since I could not get it to work.
Cons: Well, I can't get the software to load. I can't get the computer to see the device. And, as an after thought, I realize my MIL will have to give it to me to charge the battery because she does not have a computer. What a pain.

Summary: "waste of time and $" doesn't begin to explain this product. The Software on the website and the CD doesn't work at all. Windows ( 2k,xp and Vista) doesn't recognize this device as a storage unit. The person who wanted this installed in their machine purchased 2 of them. Both didn't work. Maybe they are from a bad batch.. but i doubt it.
