Horrible Product

Summary: We Purchased one of these for our Grandmother For Christmas. The Plan was to load pictures onto it from our computer (As The Box Advertises You Can Do) because well, Grandma doesn't know how to do these things.
The Day Before Christmas Eve (Today)
We pulled out this device and installed the software onto our PC only to find out that it DOES NOT install Drivers for the device. After a Marathon Search for an hour on the internet, we finally discovered be accident that the device does not support Windows Vista. Thank God We Kept that Windows XP Machine, Right? Wrong! The Device completely failed to connect to the Windows XP Machine.
Now we moved on to trying to take pictures straight from our XD Memory card into the device. Now being limited to the pictures we ACTUALLY wanted Grandma to have, we read the instruction manual that is printed in approx. 2 pt. font. We had to get good light and a magnifying glass to read it. The instructions in the booklet are insanely long and the menu system on the device is Clunky and overly complicated at best.
After Hours of Frustration, we are returning this thing for a refund and giving it two thumbs down. Please spare yourself the pain and anguish of this god awful product and save yourself a lot of time. DO NOT BUY THIS!
