Received as a Christmas Gift. Love it

Pros: My daughter-in-law loaded a lot of pictures of grandchildren when she gave it to me. I can download from my kodak camera chip very easily.
Cons: I am trying to figure out how to download pictures from my computer to my picture frame. So far, everything has failed.

Is this a good product?

Pros: I received this as a gift last Christmas and still have not opened it. I want to open it, its just I forgot about it and never found the time. I wanted to know if anyone could tell me what they think of the product? The quality, ease of use, etc..??
Cons: I'm not sure yet, I want some feedback please. Any feedback will be very helpful on what others think of this product.
