  Do not buy this product!

  Pros: Nothing at all

  Cons: None of the menu functions work so you can't do anything with it - when I called Westinghouse they said it was a known defect ("firmware missing") and it won't work. They won't do anything for me - I'm out $275

  Worst elctronic product I have ever bought

  Pros: Nice, screen, looks good when it works

  Cons: Locks up, have to hold power button for about a minute to start it. Menu's are not intuitive. Flash card slot doesn't hold card well

  Summary: I have had this product for about a year and have had nothing but problems with it. Everytime the power goes out it takes an act of god to start it back up. I have to unplug it from the wall, pull the flash memory, and hold the power button forever. The last time it went out it took about a week of me fussing with it to get it started.
  
  The slot that hols the memory card doesn't hold it well at all. One time my wife went to add pictures and when she put it back in it fell behind the screen.
  
  I will never by another westinghouse product!!! Please search the internet about this product, it isn't just me, lots of people have had issues with Westinghouse products!!!

  Summary: For the price of $300 at Best Buy, this digital frame lacks lots of the features found on much cheaper frames. This frame does play the photo and movie formats as advertised, but without any sound capabilities. If your into silent movies or silent slide shows, this might work for you.

  Summary: I plugged my flash drive in and finally got it to load. After 5 minutes the picture froze. I turned off the frame and after a minute or so turned it back on. After another 5 minutes it locked up again. I am returning it tomorrow. I will try a kodak.
