"Unbelievable Picture Quality - Remarkable"
Pros: Black level, Resolution, Color, Contrast, I/O flexibility, price
Cons: Bulk of chassis, mass (got a spare lifting truss you can wear?)

Cons: This baby is a HEAVY WEIGHT

"MY $2500 Sony died after three years"
Pros: Great picture
Cons: Poor Reliability
Summary: Purchased the TV in Feb. '04. Died in Nov. '07. All evidence I have found from others with the same problem is that this is a result of poor material quality. Sony just claims "Out of Warranty". So, now I have a $2,500 boat anchor.

Pros: Fine while it lasted
Cons: Lasted 3 years and died...no one can fix it
Summary: The thing weighs hundreds of lbs. Technician can't carry it. Sony can't fix it. Had 3 nice years. What a rip off.
