Agreed, looks good but...

Pros: Yes, it is very sexy looking--love the stainless interior as well, but that's were it ends
Cons: We have a historic converted warehouse with 14 apts. made the mistake of outfitting all 14 with LG DWs and fridges--never again! After a year starting getting calls about DWs not cleaning. Having to start replacing them. What a disappointment.

Should have bought a different brand!

Pros: It looks nice under the counter!
Cons: Haven't been able to get service - no answer from the service company that LG sends us to get it fixed. Has 3 rotor arms for spraying water - only 1 arm sprays water.

Summary: Right now we are still waiting for service - its like we don't exist. The unit has not yet delivered a clean load of dishes. Of the three water spray arms - only the top one delivers water during the cycle and very little at that. The bottom portion of the dishwasher is almost completely dry and the top rack of dishes isn't wet on the under side. It would at least be nice if we could get some service.

Run from any lg product!

Pros: Can't say anything good as it hasn't woked long enough to show us anything good!
Cons: Breaks down none stop. Computer mother baord has blown up twice. Wiring issues. Sevice from Lg has been absolutley disgusting.

Summary: Bottom line, is stay away from Lg. it is an unrealiable product, made even more unreliable by the lack of reapair service of lg. My diswasher is 13 months old. Broke down at 9 months, took a month and a bit to fix, broke again same thing, 6 weeks later and here sit 2 months later, numerous techs wasting my time, numerous phone calls and still no working dish washer.
