  BUY A BOSCH!! Repaired 4 times in one year!

  Summary: Had the stainless version of this model and had it repaired 4 times in first year.
  
  Heating element kept going, rack wheels broke off, many different error codes and worst of all it did a terrible job cleaning the dishes. Looks pretty but looks can be deceiving. Top rack adjusters are cheap and thin.
  
  Exchanged this unit for a lower end Bosch after the first year and WOW!! Faster, quieter, sturdier and most of all the dishes are spotless!! Oh, and we got money back.

  WARNING!! Do NOT waste your hard-earned dollars!

  Pros: Usually washes the dishes on the bottom rack, but not always!

  Cons: Nothing but problems from about 2 weeks after purchase. Too many problems to mention (seals, arms, pumps to name just a few). Dishes on top left never come clean so I can't even use that area. I put the glasses and small bowls I would normally put on t

  Summary: Samsung may be well known for their electronics (TV's, etc.), but be forwarned - they know very little about design of kitchen appliances. I've purchased many kitchen appliances - having moved every two years for the past 20, and also owning several rental properties. We decided to purchase a Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher for our current home. Big mistake. See pros and cons for a list of the design problems with both of these items.
  Since the "Cons" section does not allow enough room for all of the bad flaws in these appliances, I will list some of them here:
  
  Refrigerator:
  1. Door ice dispenser must be pressed in extremely hard to dispense ice.
  2. When dispensing ice from door dispenser - ice goes EVERYWHERE.
  3. Water spout on door dispenser points toward rear of dispenser which makes it almost impossible to fill a water bottle.
  4. Touch buttons on door controls are very difficult to determine what function is being selected.
  5. Ice bucket inside of freezer impossible to remove unless door is able to swing all the way open.
  
  Dishwasher:
  1. Touch button control are very difficult to determine what function is being selected.
  2. Dishwasher is easily turned on just by sweeping the front of the machine with your leg. Happens all the time.
  3. Drawers consistently jam when pulling out. Cheap construction.
  4. Loading space very poorly laid out.
  5. Any errors accompanied by a beep code or light code - which is impossible to decode without the manual.
