Summary: I have had this ting for many years now, and it is still doing a wonderful job. My laptop, mind you the beast allready had 3 built in fans, would overheat daily if i left it on overnight. After puting the laptop on this cooler, The temp instantly dropped and it never over heated again. I highly recommand even if your laptop doesn't get hot.

Summary: I didn't buy this cooler for my laptop (I don't own one), but I use it for my xbox 360 to keep IT from overheating. And it does a wonderful job of it too. It fit's perfectly under the xbox (I use it horizontally) and plugs directly into it's USB port. It's definetly worth the money to protect an expensive gaming console.
