Unlike in others games, however in Contact, you (the player) are technically the "hero" of this game, while the main character really just runs around doing your bidding. Your adventure will progress as you interact with the top and bottom screens. The Professor will offer advice, which you can then put to use guiding Terry on the bottom screen. It's difficult for Terry and the Professor to communicate when they're far apart, so that will be up to you most of the time.
