An ok shooter

Pros: Cool game, good concept
Cons: Campaign is too short, controlling with the stylus can be a pain

Summary: Mech Assult is a good game. I could have given it a 7, but just can't bring my self to it. Like other Mech games it's cool, plenty of bots to choose from and even tanks and turrets. Yet using the default controls can be 'stiff'. You have to use the A,B,X,Y buttons to aim and I don't get the best feeling from this. I decided to try and use the stylus but it was to difficult to use (unlike Metroid, which had very smooth controls). The game is still fun, but the campaign is so short I had almost no problems beating the game. I had a glitch problem at the en in the boss fight, but there were no other problems.
