Pros: print quality
print durability (using TuffCoat media)
reliability (no errors or bad discs after 9 months / 400 discs)
easy to use (but I'm an engineer, so who knows...)
low cost (compared to the alternatives)
Cons: black & multi-color cartridge (instead of 3 separate color cartridges)

Summary: I work for a small medical device company that offers a wide variety of low volume software & hardware products. We sometimes sell only 10-20 copies of a software product before the next version or patch is released. This makes the traditional outsourced CD duplication very wasteful. So we were looking for a low-cost solution, but needed to maintain very high quality & reliability standards.
Quality:
At first, I was skeptical about how well an inkjet printed CD would hold up. But I have been pleasantly surprised. After purchasing this product about 9 months ago, I printed several CD using both their standard and their "TuffCoat" media. After being used daily on our assembly line for about 9 months, the TuffCoat CDs still look as good as new. The standard CDs, on the other hand, were lightly scratched & smudged. (We do not allow liquids on our assembly line, so the smudging may have come from oily skin?) So, for applications that must last, I recommend Primera's TuffCoat discs. While their solution is not waterPROOF, it does hold up very well to typical industrial use.
Reliability:
To date, we have printed over 400 CDs and DVDs over 9 months without a single bad disc or error message. We're using Windows 7 64-bit & Primera's software package.
Ease of Use:
The duplication software that comes with the duplicator is fairly easy to use, and more than sufficient to automate low-volume commercial production. My only complaint is that it doesn't allow you to adjust the low ink warning, and the print quality began to decline noticably when the cartridge was at about 20%. So, you will need to visually monitor the quality of the print output. (which you should be doing anyway...)
The artwork software is also quite useful. I had planned to create all of the artwork in Photoshop, but I've found it is often easier to import and arrange artwork in Primera's software. (It has a few text editing and formatting tools for a CD-shaped canvas.) I create backgrounds and "clip art" files in PhotoShop, then add and arrange text using Primera's software.
