The good: E-book reader with color touch screen; built-in Wi-Fi; access to Barnes & Noble eBook store; SD expansion slot for additional memory; Web browser and e-mail capabilities; displays images and some video formats; support for audio and MP3 playback.
The bad: Resistive touch-screen is problematic; extremely sluggish performance; interface could be more intuitive; overall user experience could be better.
The bottom line: The feature set of the affordable Pandigital Novel looks good on paper, but this color e-book reader and multimedia device is hobbled by its extremely slow performance and unresponsive touch screen.

Terrible Customer Service

Pros: Seems cool at first
Cons: Then it broke in one week. i called customer service 3 times and submitted 3 online custmer service requests to be told my warranty didn't apply and Pandigital would do nothing to repair or replace the product. There was abdolutely not mis-use.

Just like the reviews said, go a different route.

Pros: Liked the feel and design. Good graphics. Easy reader.
Cons: Very unresponsive touch screen. Especially frustrating when you try to type an email, the wrong letters often get keyed in. I dropped it and the screen cracked. There is no repair and now I can't key in anything. Time to throw it out. :(

Customer service took some notes and told me a technician would call me back in five days to answer a question about how to recieve books on this device. Asked to speak to a supervisor since he wasn't able to answer the questions and the call was disconnected. Do not buy this product unless your asking for troubles with a horrible company.
