Convert old LPs and cassettes to MP3 files without a degree in electronics or computer science.

Pros: This is the easiest piece of equipment and bundled software I have used.
Cons: The only negative is that it is time consuming but I don't think anything can speed-up the process.

Summary: My previous computer was a desktop that I could record directly from the turntable with excellent results. Converting to a laptop required installation of a amplifier and this equipment. The only software used those far is LP Recorder. It has very simple set up. Manual that comes with the hardware ends with Windows Vista, but Windows 7 instructions are available online.

No so fast,

Pros: Could'nt use the product as purchased. The program would only allowed 2 tracks of an LP, to be installed in my PC.
In order to get the full use , I need to purchase a second CD
Cons: not complete other software needed
