Summary: I purchased the Iomega 1TB external HDD about a month ago, and had my concerns because it does heat up a bit,. This drive has NEVER let me down, is extremely reliable and is a dream to work with. I have it for a reletively short period of time yes, and am delighted with it's performance. I store my most important data on the Iomega - which I call Leah (after my daughter) such as pics, family videos and the like. It is sturdy and solid, has a good quality feel to it, and is very easy on the eye. I love this external hard drive, and commend Iomega, as it accomplishes everything it was made to accomplish and then some, an ease to operate, i even find myself staring at it with a tug at my heart strings, i love it to bits.
